Royaume Uni : Mental Health Awareness Week 2012 : "Doing good does you good"

Research shows that doing good and helping others is good for your mental health. As one of the five main ways to manage your wellbeing, we are asking everyone to get involved by carrying out acts of kindness for strangers throughout this year's Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from 21 - 27 May.

Doing good things for others can reduce stress, improve your emotional wellbeing and even benefit your physical health. It feels good to give and doesn’t have to be a grand gesture or even cost you money.
